Check-in-nice is a service company that offers homeowners to take over the management of their short term rentals.

The landscape of short term rentals has truly transformed over recent years. An ever increasing amount of holidaymakers prefer to stay in short term rentals rather than in hotels.

The increasing supply of short term rentals has considerably changed guests’ expectations, who will regularly request top quality venues and concierge services throughout their stay.

Whether it's an apartment, a villa, or another type of property, the daily management of short term rentals can be more of a burden to homeowners then they are willingly letting on.

STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS:

MEET & GREET

We’ll meet you in person to make an initial assessment and inventory of your property.

We’ll offer helpful tips & advice and be on hand to quickly get started (photos, furniture, equipment, linen, etc.)

 

Our Goal: To better understand your needs and expectations for your short term rental in order to start addressing next steps.

We’ll send you a proposal detailing our offering and services as well as the steps required in order to easily place your property on the market.

We’ll monitor you step-by-step in this process and be hand for any advice or support.

Our Goal: Making sure everything is on track and your property is ready before the arrival of your future tenants.

GUIDANCE

Hand over your keys and let us take over.

We’ll take care of managing, hosting & welcoming all of your future guests.

We’ll actively seek new tenants, welcome them, make every effort to accommodate their needs and will be the single point-of -contact of your guests throughout their entire stay in your property.

Once your guests leave we’ll carry out a complete inspection & inventory of your property, take care of all the cleaning, washing & ironing of all linen and towels and ensure everything is ready for the arrival of your next guests.

Our Goal: To ensure your guests are fully satisfied with their stay whilst maximizing the potential return on your property.

We’ll take care of everything to boost your short term rentals so that you can rest easy!

We feel this ‘concierge-style’ service will not only keep your guests happy, but we hope they will tell their friends and family about your property and will want to come back again.
